Who's my Doctor was started to :
Help chronic patients make progress with their health.

We started Who’s My Doctor because we could feel something was wrong. We - and everyone we seemed to talk to - were struggling with conditions our GP couldn’t easily treat.

Traditional care is built around well-defined diseases, where your local GP or specialist can offer very good treatment. But if your condition resists simple tests and treatments, your local care providers may not be the best person to help you make progress. Worse, they may not even believe your symptoms are real.

Our mission is simple: to help patients find cutting-edge, compassionate care for complex conditions.
The experience of having a non-life threatening illness that is unexplained is extremely uncomfortable for patients.

Patients may have found resistance from doctors and nurses, both in questioning the validity of the their symptoms and the magnitude of their pain. Often, these patients are dismissed as these symptoms being figments of their imagination or a product of stress.

Who’s My Doctor is a brand that aims to treat all patients with care and respect, and avoids perpetuating the experiences so many patients have had.

Who’s My Doctor treats complex patients with: empathy, respect, trust and dedication.

Our vision is to help cure 10 million people with unexplained conditions by 2050.

Almost all chronic conditions without useful pharmaceuticals do have effective non-pharmaceutical strategies to radically reduce symptoms.

These treatments are often complex, relying on pairing advanced genetic, blood and urine-based diagnostics with specific dietary, supplement, lifestyle and exercise changes.

Rethinking the way that non-pharmaceutical care is delivered will allow us to deliver unprecedented improvements in the quality and cost of this care. Ultimately, this will make reliable, repeatable treatment possible for unexplained diseases.
